Artistic Independent Contractor Agreement:

I agree to artistic independent contractor agreement: AGREEMENT: ★★★ Independent contractors removed from the roster must re-audition. Unscheduled independent contractors who come in without prior approval from Dancer Booking LLC will not be allowed to book that shift. Your Booking Fee (including applicable discounts) is due at the start of your shift, when you check in for ready for stage. It breaks down as follows:Unscheduled contractors will be removed from the roster after 60 days.
